Reinventing the future seems like wishful thinking, a utopian vision of things in a tense economic and geopolitical situation. At Richards Brothers, we believe that every gesture counts, every effort counts but above all every person counts.
It is with this in mind that we have developed our vision of what the future will be on our beautiful planet, the efforts we must make to preserve it and especially the way of thinking that must be ours in the development of our projects.

This reflection is based on four pillars  without which we cannot achieve our goals as a society, but also as individuals: The Human, The Planet, The Proximity and a responsible consumption.

Our strength.

Every individual who works at Richards Brothers must share our values. It must contribute to the development of our society in a way that sustainable and ethical. Richards Brothers must also allow him in return to develop as a person, to provide him with the support and the tools that will allow each of our employees to feel empowered, every day, on every project.

Our lung.

The global awareness The current situation demonstrates the urgency to act to protect the planet. For a long time, we have been promoting learning and the use of recycling within our company. We have also focused on public transport rather than other polluting modes of travel within our teams.


Our strategic choices are made in order to favour the sourcing of proximity rather than using international carriers to move our goods.

The awareness must be general and must start now if we want to have a chance to take control of our future.

At Richards Brothers, awareness of these issues is an integral part of our development strategy.

Our reason.

For all collaborator of the Richards Brothers company, as well as its partnersThe last pillar of our strategy for 2050 is to prevent risks and encourage the development of a collective awareness on these issues.

The responsible consumption and thoughtfulness will also allow individuals to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Our Heart

Focus on relationships close to distant contacts, such could be our leitmotiv in most of our business dealings. We always try to favour supply of proximity, for our raw materials, our communication needs and others. This in order to create a positive dynamic and a circle virtuous around us.

Proximity also avoids the untimely use of polluting means of transport and indirectly preserves our planet.
